Ceremony stuff
Are your ceremonies religious?
No. Our ceremonies are secular and human-centered, with no religious service or sermon. They’re also free of misogyny, and we never refer to women as property.
Are LGBTQIA+ couples welcome?
Absolutely. Loud & Vowed is an explicitly celebratory safe space for LGBTQIA+ couples. All couples are welcome here.
What kinds of ceremonies do you officiate?
Full weddings, intimate elopements, and milestone vow renewals. We’re especially into offbeat, quirky, gothic, pop-culture, and other unconventional themes.
Pricing & packages
What does a standard ceremony cost?
A full ceremony for a wedding, elopement, or vow renewal is a flat $99 in the base zone. Ceremony plus rehearsal is one $125 package price. Signing-only legal service is $45 and is available in Zone 1 only. Some locations have a clearly listed travel fee. Use the estimator to see your total.
What is the signing-only service?
It’s the legal end only: someone else performs your ceremony, while we handle a simple exchange of vows and the marriage license paperwork. This service is $45, and is only available in south and central Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson and Boulder City. The optional witness add-on is $25, paid directly to the witness, not Loud & Vowed.
Are there extra fees for the Strip or Downtown?
Strip and Downtown Las Vegas venues incur an extra $25 to cover parking fees.
Locations & travel
Which locations are included in the base price?
Zone 1 includes south and central Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City, and Summerlin. The Strip and Downtown Las Vegas have an additional $25 fee to cover parking.
What are the travel fees outside Zone 1?
Zone 2 adds $35 and includes North Las Vegas, Pahrump, Primm, and Searchlight. Zone 3 adds $75 and includes Valley of Fire, Mount Charleston, and Laughlin.
Can you travel to Reno, Lake Tahoe, or somewhere else in Nevada?
We’re Las Vegas-based and licensed to officiate anywhere in Nevada. Reno, Lake Tahoe, and other far destinations are quoted individually at booking.
Booking & payment
How do I book?
Start with the inquiry form. It asks for your name, phone number, expected event date, location, and ceremony type. An inquiry isn’t an instant booking; Jay will call you back to talk through booking. Consultations happen by FaceTime or Google Meet. Send an inquiry here.
Do you require a deposit?
No deposits. An invoice is sent at booking, and payment is due on or before the ceremony date.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
There’s no cancellation fee. Rescheduling is free, subject to availability.
