What we collect

The inquiry form collects your name, phone number, expected event date, event location, ceremony type, and any optional message you choose to include.

Please avoid including sensitive personal information in the optional message.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to respond to you and, if you book with us, to manage that booking and related communications. We do not use it to send promotional marketing.

Photo or video permission for marketing use is handled separately through the consent checkbox in the ceremony agreement at booking.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not add inquiry form submissions to a marketing list or send promotional marketing based on them.

Sharing

Form submissions are processed through the website form and Marblism's hosted email endpoint, which delivers them to jhartman@loudandvowed.com. We share information with service providers that operate the form and email delivery only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or valid legal process.

The website itself is hosted on Vercel. As of the effective date above, the site does not use analytics tools, advertising trackers, or third-party embeds, and it does not set cookies or use browser storage on your device. If that changes — for example, if analytics, cookies, or embedded features are added later — we will update this policy before those features go live.

Retention

If an inquiry does not result in a booking, we delete it after six months. Information related to a booking is kept for as long as reasonably needed to manage the booking and any necessary follow-up or business records.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to a small business to protect information we handle. No method of sending or storing information online can be guaranteed completely secure.

Nevada rights

Nevada residents may request that an operator not sell their personal information, as provided under Nevada law, including NRS Chapter 603A. Loud & Vowed does not sell personal information, so no opt-out request is needed. You may contact us with questions or to request review or correction of information you submitted.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update its effective date.
